Senior Structural Engineer

Mr. Donilon is a registered Professional Engineer with over 6 years of bridge and structural engineering experience in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Mr. Donilon has shown exceptional growth while at Steere, starting out as an entry-level engineer and growing into a senior engineer and project manager. His experience includes the design, analysis and evaluation of highway and pedestrian bridges, and marine and earth-retaining structures. His bridge design includes rehabilitation, reconstruction and replacement projects including steel girders, prestressed concrete box beams, concrete rigid frame structures, concrete and stone masonry arches, and multi-span viaducts. His recent experience includes serving as Structural Lead for large portions of several complex design-build projects. Kevin has been involved in the entire project lifecycle from initial concept development to detailed design, construction oversight and final inspection. Kevin’s technical expertise includes proficiency in bridge engineering software including CSIBridge, MDX, and AASHTOWare. He has a keen eye for detail and ensures designs meet all safety standards and regulations while also considering aesthetic and environmental factors.

Kevin holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering and Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
