At Steere, we understand the value in having a strong company culture and the benefits that provides to every employee. We seek to keep our employees highly engaged within the company. As a small business, we use our size to our advantage by being highly adaptable and ensuring everyone’s ideas are taken into account.

 
 

Team building events

As a company, we promote in-person events that keep employees engaged with the engineering community and with each other. We encourage attendance at local professional networking events and maintain individual memberships with engineering organizations. In addition, we organize regular team-building events thoughout the year that allow for quality time outside of regular work hours. Our most notable events include the annual company holiday and summer parties. 

 

OUR Work Environment

Since the Spring of 2020, we have maintained a hybrid work environment in which we provide every employee the opportunity to work from the office or remotely. We have found this continues to enhance work-life balance and provides autonomy over each individual's work environment. We see this as something that sets us apart from other companies in our field and will continue to maintain this benefit.

 

Our COMMUNITY

Steere Engineering actively engages in various philanthropic initiatives, channeling its resources and expertise to uplift local communities and addressing pressing societal issues such as education, environmental initiatives, and more. We give back both monetarily and with our time and strive to support causes near and dear to the hears of our staff and our community. Some of our recent initiatives include:

  • Food and clothing drive for local food bank

  • Volunteering at the annual Trunk or Treat event in our business park for local families and children in need

  • Fundraisers for a variety of causes and non-profit organizations with company match

  • Holiday toy drive and adopt a family or foster child
