Kelly Ravenell, PhD, PE
Project Manager / Transportation Engineer

Ms. Ravenell is a registered Professional Engineer and Project Manager with a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island. She has worked extensively on highway and structural design projects, bridge maintenance and preservation projects, traffic control and diversionary route projects, and peer review and site civil services. She is well versed in preparation of design plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, construction estimating, design scheduling, and development of contract related documents. Ms. Ravenell has become an expert in both leading and assisting in highway and bridge design projects within Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

Kelly earned her PhD in Civil Engineering with a Structural focus, Master’s in Civil Engineering with a Structural focus and Bachelor’s in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Rhode Island focused on Civil and Structural Engineering.
