Alison Steere is the Chief Executive Officer of Steere Engineering. Alie joined Steere in 2018 after working for another Northeast firm where she focused primarily on the design of marine and waterfront structures. She became one of the Principal owners of Steere Engineering in 2020.

Ms. Steere’s design experience as a Professional Engineer includes the analysis, design and production of contract documents for bridges, pile supported piers, fender systems, floating docks, concrete retaining walls, steel sheet pile and king pile bulkheads and cofferdams. Other structural design experience includes wind turbine foundation design, temporary construction staging, solar panel foundation design and concrete parapet wall design. Her field experience includes various subsurface investigations, pile driving monitoring, construction oversight, site surveying and structural condition inspection.

Ms. Steere holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
